At Kinan International, I am responsible for overseeing the expansion of Aliat Mall and the development of Aliat Hotel in Madinah. My primary responsibilities include identifying opportunities for value engineering to optimize costs, monitoring and tracking the budget, and ensuring adherence to the project timeline. I also manage project progress and facilitate the approval process for design and design modifications. Additionally, I provide support on various residential projects by offering architectural and construction consultation, modifying drawings as necessary, and conducting site inspections when required.
